Right-of-Way Agent, FERC 42”Natural Gas Pipeline, Ohio & WV Notary • Negotiated with landowners for 110 Feet of Right-of-Way: 75 Ft. Temporary Workspace/ 50 Ft. Permanent Easement • Retrieved 98% of Survey Permission for 26 mile Supply Lateral: Written and Verbal • Advanced use and expertise of Contract Land Staff’s & WillBro’s Willview proprietary database systems • Updated and reviewed plats and title to assist team & to meet aggressive deadlines • Examined surface title, located Deeds, retrieved Death Certificates, Probates and Miscellaneous documents • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate/diffuse hostile landowners • Interacted closely with multi-disciplinary internal project teams, including engineering, legal and project management • Experienced in negotiating land rights, acquiring ROW, Communicating Title & land value information • Experienced in FERC’s processes, Pre-filing requirements and potential condemnation proceedings
