Daily Duties at Cayenne Medical:
Manage Distributors by selecting, orientating, training, coaching, counseling, and providing personal growth opportunities for their representatives. Responsible for supervising employees which includes: experienced talent acquisition , terminating, demoting, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and other related functions. Engaged my clients in complex problem solving with a focus on driving value, growth and financial return. This was accomplished by being in the field 4-5 days a week with my sales reps engaged in B2B selling, pricing negotiations, surgeon and O.R. team trainings, Cadaver labs, and VIP labs. Constant travel, dedication, and a passion for success was necessary to show positive growth and revenue gains. I also put together sales reports for each distributor towards month end to help them zero in on the quotas that I have set for them for each month and each quarter. I am not above collecting Purchase Orders for payment to help my teams hit their growth quota and receive bonuses.
