Served as project leader on HR initiative PSID consolidation project which included using Six Sigma methodology, creating stakeholder analysis, conducting cost savings analysis, conducting weekly meetings, and documenting project progress Served as project team member on integral HR initiatives including, but not limited to, Focal Merit Standardization, HRIS Data Standardization, and COBRA Administration Standardization Responsible for planning and organizing upcoming year end/year begin activities Involved in troubleshooting and correcting all benefit system issues Prepared HRIS for 2007 benefit plan year which included setting up new benefit plans, modifying existing plans, setting up new benefit rates Created and conducted audits to ensure system efficiency for all 22,000 employee benefit elections Analyzed and modified existing benefit process to gain better system efficiency which reduced processing time by approximately 75% Reviewed existing benefit processes and created documentation
