Served as liaison between end users and IS department for system support of approximately 60 end users Provided support for system functional issues with PeopleSoft Financials, PeopleSoft HRMS, and API LaborWorkx (Automated Time System), security changes//requests, new department setup, automated time system rules requests, generating account payable month end transactions for financial statements Served as project team member on PeopleSoft HCM upgrade (2008, 2009, 2011, 2015), PeopleSoft Financials upgrade (2008), and API LaborWorkx upgrade (2009, 2010, 2011, 2013) Responsible for planning and organizing end user testing for upgrades and patches
