I was hired to create the systems and processes necessary to carry the organization through the construction of the mine and later transition into the operations phase. I was responsible for hiring and developing the General Administration personnel, implementing systems, processes, designing policies and procedures, negotiating the owners portion of construction, monitoring the EPCM, monitoring budgets, and paying employees, contractors and vendors. I was also responsible for creating teams for Finance, Accounting, IT, Supply Chain, and Camp Services.
