Daily Duties at Sca Technologies:
• Lead supply chain optimization, analysis, and BPR projects for clients • Supervise and coach analysts and consultants • Develop Surveys and metrics to measure team performance on projects • Consult with software development team on training, functionality, and user-interface • Work with sales / marketing to develop sales presentations • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts through up-selling and cross-selling • Identify emerging client needs and develop proposals for software and services to meet those needs • Develop sales plans and high-level strategies for new and existing clients • Manage and solve conflicts with clients • Interact and coordinate with Professional Services Organization to ensure client satisfaction • Develop and deliver change orders for required modifications to existing projects • Evaluate ideas and client requests and work with product development to determine suitability to add to product roadmap • Establish budgets with the client and company • Develop and operationalize templates for client-facing deliverables and standards of service • Lead educational seminars / webinars for potential new clients • Participate, as subject matter expert, as required, in sales calls, meetings, and demonstrations for sales prospects.
