Daily Duties at Combat Support Associates Ltd:
Spearheaded Quality Assurance and Quality Control Program for Kuwait (KBOSS) program for services and support provided to US and Allied Military. Managed 10 Forward Operation Bases, as well as, quality, safety, and environmental efforts for new construction with in Afghanistan and Kuwait. Directed services provided by KBOSS program, managed and launched Quality Project garnering $37M award fee. Ensured performance and quality standards and governmental agency guidelines. Successfully reduced Corrective Action Report from 100 to 9 in six month, completed training program for QA/QC Techs and Quality Engineers, and developed staff. Prepared and presented Quality accomplishments achieved throughout project, and provided leadership guidance and technical support to Directors, departments, and other functional groups regarding regulator and ISO compliance.
