Direct and oversee all aspects of accounting and finance functions of Toshiba subsidiary in Mexico with $15M in annual sales; manage the month-end close process and reconciliation activities, and ensure accurate financial and tax reporting. Prepare income statements and cash flow reports, and host meetings with management to review results, action plans and forecast. Implement accounting procedures to ensure effective controls of cash, revenue recognition, inventory, fixed assets and the re-manufacturing activities. Hire, train, supervise and evaluate 5 accountants.
