Daily Duties at Port Madison Enterprises:
Responsible for the financial reporting, budgeting and in-depth analysis for multiple revenue centers including a Large Casino. Direct management and supervision of staff of 14 Staff Accountants and Revenue Auditors. Continuously work with Upper Management and Department Leaders. Develop and present financial results to the Executive Committee and the Tribal Board. Monitor cash flow and investment opportunities.
