Daily Duties at Equity Residential:
Serve as team lead responsible for providing application implementation and support of software development applications; and coordinate with Program Managers the release of developed applications and vendor applications to enterprise users. Supervise and coach junior application operations team members on daily tasks and professional development skills Prepare Quarterly Application Security documentation of financial systems for quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audits with 3rd party auditing firm Present weekly analysis reports of critical network and application operations metrics to Network and Application owner stakeholders to identify issues that affect application availability and performance Responsible for performance testing of critical business applications to identify system degradation and to ensure optimal response time to customers.
