Daily Duties at Main Power Electrical Factory:
Monitor RoHS / REACH compliance to material suppliers, maintain ISO Standards, and handle task delegation and performance management of 400+ personnel including 2 Managers, 16 Supervisors, 50 Team Leaders, and 332 Inspectors. Oversee development and audit of 64+ Supplier in China. Ensure overall Production Quality by conducting weekly Quality meetings, generating specialized reports, and leading bi-quarterly Management Review Meeting. Maintain 99.56% Customer Per-Shipment Inspection compliance, achieve all KPI Target within 6 Months, and lead reduction of manpower 30% by conducting strategic study supporting cost control initiatives. Ensure all USA and Europe FDA Standards, as well as mentoring and directing Six Sigma Projects such as providing training to 30 Greenbelts and 10 Champions.
