Facilitate Retail Store Development Seminars and in-store trainings: Retail Store Academy, Back Office, Operational Visits, Webinars and New Manager Orientations. Manage consistent training experiences of Retail Store and Field Leadership, i.e., focus on skill building, enrichment, problem solving, and independent learning. Reinforce company culture, unparalleled brand loyalty and customer service. Provide on-going coaching, training, and feedback within the Retail population to develop operational knowledge and proficiency.
