Facilitate Retail Store Development Seminars and in-store trainings: Retail Store Academy, Back Office, Operational Visits, Webinars and New Manager Orientations. Manage consistent training experiences of Retail Store and Field Leadership, i.e., focus on skill building, enrichment, problem solving, and independent learning.
