Daily Duties at Macy's:
Lead, develop and train Jewelry Sales Managers to achieve sales plans. Collaborate with Central, Regional and District partners on planning marketing calendar execution. Analyze business to determine merchandise execution, product training and coaching actions to adapt to changes in current business trend. Inspect weekly stock levels, forecast replenishment and communicate findings to Central Team. Develop Quarterly Floor Plans for each store and direct consistent execution based on national guidelines.
