• Designed and executed all required financial reporting, analysis, budgets and long term projections • Responsible for all aspects of accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition and cost of sales • Designed and maintained cost accounting for several real estate development projects • Reporting directly to the Owner
