Managed projects and employees, performing heavy equipment operation, waterproofing, tuck pointing, demolition, replacement and flat work finishing. Reviewed job progress with customer and recommend any additional work, review job itinerary and explain the process. Read and worked from blueprints on both Res Specialized in rough construction of residential homes, 5,000 sq. ft. plus including cabinetry, trim work, dry wall and painting while reporting to the General Contractor/Builder of all operations. Delivered projects on time by managing the job site timeline and employees efficiently. idential and Commercial projects.
