 Performed switching, breaking or making up of trains for the largest railroad in the eastern United States.  Ensured all train orders, signals, and railroad rules and regulations complied by travelling with the train, inspecting equipment, assisting the crew, repairing railcars and operating switches.  Improved operations by working with crews to find new and creative ways to maximize efficiency.
