Oversee Operations at 3 of the Largest Surface coal mines in America.  Surpassed expectations and achieved over 500 days Zero HFI and Zero Personal Injury.  Delivered results by leading 32+ employees, managing safety, performance, operating practices and finances.  Drove quality assurance initiatives by monitoring customer service in accordance with contractual arrangements.  Improved compliance efforts by hiring and training on operating practices according to federal regulations and company policies, working closely with the MSHA, FRA, DOT and ASLRRA to meet all safety requirements.
