Daily Duties at Genesee & Wyoming:
Oversee the continued safety record at The Port of Greater Baton Rouge and Exxon Mobil Chemical Refinery while successfully managing the budget for three locations Rebuilt Dynamic Teams from the ground up for Port of Baton Rouge, Exxon Mobil and Genesis Energy. Direct the startup location at (Genesis Energy) Baton Rouge unloading crude oil unit trains. Increase efficiency and maintain industry competitiveness by defining the scope of needs for the new startup inside Port of Baton Rouge for unloading wood pellet unit trains (Drax Biomass). Reduce downtime by hiring, training, mentoring and continuously evaluating on integration and performance for all levels of staff including the Management Training for Operations Manager and Assistant Managers. Deliver expectations on time by encouraging cross-functional teams to increase transparency and communication.
