 Utilize broad scope of industry knowledge toward directing forward-thinking implementation, execution, and enforcement of Samsung Environmental, Health, and Safety Program, including establishing and enforcing safety measures and risk assessment policies during construction of 13,000+ U.S.-based cellular sites for a $3-billion project.  Deliver results-focused guidance and direction to General Dynamics, Mastec, Nexis, and Black & Veatch and additional subcontractors on required construction safety training, along with conducting training of AHA’s CPR, First Aid, AED, and Bloodborne Pathogens and training on Radio Frequency, Tower Certification, and OSHA 10 / 30.
