Company R&D. Establishing the Services Provided by the company. Procuring the Service Provider relationships and contracted marketing agreements. Hiring, training and management of all sales management and sales people. Hired, trained and oversaw all accounting staff; AR & AP. Hired, trained and oversaw all HR staff, roles & responsibilities.
