Daily Duties at Dorman Products:
• Responsible for maintaining and optimizing the global supply of 16k+ SKUs in the automotive hardware and electronics aftermarket • Initiated and led many projects that achieved in total over $3.1 mil. in annualized PPV • Continuously sourced and developed a variety of new product with both new and existing suppliers worldwide • Executed the sourcing of many extensive programs for large retail accounts within extremely aggressive customer driven timelines • Co-led two commodity group cross-functional teams to ensure annual sales, margin, and fulfillment objectives were exceeded • Performed quarterly performance and strategy presentations to the executive committee
