Daily Duties at Walgreens Pharmacy:
Fill prescriptions based on information provided by licensed physician. Inventory management control of legend drugs and control substances. Perform patient consultation and MTM management. Provide additional services to community including diabetic counseling and immunizations. Manage staff personnel during workflow to increase efficiency. As a technician my duties included using InterCom Plus to process prescriptions, assist the pharmacists and patients, handle phone inquiries, maintain inventory, and process incoming prescriptions under the pharmacist supervision.
