Daily Duties at People Services:
Assessed future needs for the client and made recommendations for software and hardware. Gathered requirements, and wrote the recommendations for the business collaborating with developers and management. Installed and configured Business Objects with Encyclopedia and Performance Manager. Primarily assigned to financial services companies for contract work. Analyzed problems with a non-standard installation of the entire Business Objects XI tool suite and found technical solution. Configured IIS to accept the company standard internal web address so Business Objects could be run remotely. Analyzed problems with firewall issues; recommended and implemented resolution.
