Daily Duties at Kameron Coal Management:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Office for Kameron Coal, including managing the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs. • Responsible include: Hiring process, recruitment, employee relations, training and development of new employees, benefits, compensation, and organizational development, administrate of all policies with employees. • Maintain and enter the SAP Human Resource system. • Implemented TimeClock Plus pay system, assist with IPAD Reporting System • Responsible for the recruitment and resettlement of foreign workers (EXPAT) to assist in the development of the operation
