Daily Duties at North Ridge Country Club:
Assure smooth operation and functionality of all food and beverage operations in both front and back of the house. Train and develop staff, executed up to 30 banquets a week, performance reviews, payroll, Serve on various committees, created and monitored budgets, maintained and exceeded service standards club wide.
