Trained staff on required systems, Pbar, HBOC Star, VI Web, Carepricer, and Easy Web. Knowledgeable of Medicare, HIPAA, JCAHO, and EMTALA laws. Responsible for recruitment, hiring, training and development for the entire department. Revised and updated department and company policy and procedure manual, as well as employee hand book. Created and implemented employee resource manual, made revisions as processes were changed or streamlined
