Daily Duties at International Paper Company:
Responsible for Information Records Management for International Paper Company. Work with business throughout the organization to ensure that quality services, and compliance for records management is implemented and enforced. Improve; Serve as liaison for the legal department and company business groups. Train and develop employees on regulations of records management. Responsible for creating, and enforcing records policies, including a classification system and records retention policy. Developing and implementing a records storage plan, which includes a short and long term housing of physical records. Responsible for implementation of a sustainable indexing and destruction system for the legal, records management program. Serve as the global Legal Manufacturing Excellence Team Leader. Developed a safety champion network for the global Legal department. Travel to various manufacturing sites to conduct site reviews and to assist in the implementation and compliance process. 60% travel is required.
