Daily Duties at Key Energy Services:
Responsible for start-up of the Coiled Tubing service line which included providing oversight of building six locations and the two asset acquisitions. Conducted due diligence on each acquisition, which included evaluation of equipment, negotiations and integration and retention of employees. Identified areas for improvement and developed plan for implementation such as employee training programs and optimal asset utilization.
