 Recruited to create and manage the QA department for the second largest corporate travel management service provider.  Authored and implementation of the QA Methodology process flow in alignment with Corporate Development and Project Management Methodology.  Served as a direct report to CIO, as well as a full-time tester on multiple projects.  Managed up to 7 direct reports.  Concurrent Project Management, business analyst and QA project responsibilities.  Used Hyperion queries to validate business logic, data, and calculations.  Championed quality verification processes for more than 40 travel management company acquisitions, leading QA team to produce data warehouse and back-office data consolidations.  Streamlined QA process to support domestic and international conversions, and oversaw the QA client data migration processes.  Requested by management to complete technical documentation and user manuals, interpretation of software functionality, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and the development of detailed testing scripts used for user applications training.  Implemented Mercury Quality Center Test Director and Quick Test Pro products.  Led regression, test case development and execution for online booking tools, reporting, travel analysis tools, HR benefits open enrollment, company websites, debit memo tracking, hotel RFP, and client billing.
