Daily Duties at Carlson Wagonlit Travel (Cwt):

 Managed and led QA staff for data consolidations and application migrations for the company's several acquisitions.  Oversaw migration of former TQ3Navigant applications, databases, On Demand Invoices and Program Messenger (Policy Messenger) which received a 2009 Business Travel Innovation Award (kept travelers within corporate traveler guidelines).  Responsibilities included resource and knowledge management, oversight, planning, and execution of regression, component, integration, system, and web application testing for integrated technology applications.  Created new QA SQL statements in Rapid SQL using CWT tables and business logic, and test case development to ensure applications met the expected high standards.  Mentored other QA associates on full QA procedures for Program Messenger.  Ran critical release for Program Messenger, which resulted in new functionality enhancing the application to meet the needs of customers around the world.  Created test cases/regression scenarios in HP Quality Center and Rally.  Performed direct QA on a variety of CWT applications, data and business logic contributing to the testing for the central Reporting facility called PMC (Program Management Console), utilizing various reporting tools, extracts, and other data verification processes.
