Daily Duties at Us Army Reserve:
Directed and analyzed performance and review for 30 civilian personnel positions and 23 military personnel Directed day-to-day activities of military and civilian contractor staff consisting of over 130 personnel including 70 local national hires. Position had four Section Chiefs who reported to me Assumed duties of the Commander in his absence, ensuring continued coordinated operations Oversaw and directed/monitored all planning efforts in support of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) mission in Afghanistan. Coordinated daily with teams from multiple nations and government agencies Utilized IT experience to review all contracts with Afghan IT support providers resulting in significantly improved IT services necessary to providing critical mission requirements Worked closely with all Psychological Operations (PSYOP) Regional PSYOP Support Elements (RPSE) in theater to ensure proper resource management and coordination and synchronization of all theater PSYOP Programs and Series Significantly improved critical working relationship between the CJPOTF and International Joint Command (IJC) Information Operations (IO) team, resulting in greatly improved synchronization of efforts within the Information Environment in Afghanistan Theater of Operations Selected to support two major training exercises as a recognized expert in both PSYOP and IO field to help prepare Soldiers from the German/Netherland Corps. XVIII Airborne Corps, and NATO Rapid Deployment Corps (Turkey) for their upcoming deployments into a combat theater Participated in the Strategic Planning Conference at NATO Joint Forces Command, Brunssum as the PSYOPS expert for the entire Afghanistan Theater. Provided critical inputs and strategic planning resulting in the successful planning and development of all NATO PSYOPS activities for the post-2014 mission Planned and executed a very detailed and successful transition and Change of Command for the outgoing and incoming Romanian Commanders.
