Daily Duties at Hennepin County Medical Center:

for identifying and implementing required processes. Work to identify and implement a Configuration Management Database (CMDB), to include identification of all required Configuration Items (CI’s) for the business, which tie into existing or future IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. Assist in determining if a new ITSM tool is required or if the current tool will meet the required business needs. Work with the Project Management Office to lead the ITAM project across the various IT stakeholders to determine requirements and build out processes, identify tools and move the organization towards a more mature ITAM program.
