Daily Duties at Daikin Applied America:
Manager of the Desktop and Helpdesk team consisting of ten staff across three states and two countries. Responsible for providing Help Desk and Desktop Support services to the user community. Responsible for supervising the day to day operation of the team, and directing the activities of the team.
