Gathered requirements, wrote functional system designs, test plans and test cases. • Deployed and implemented Business Objects systems and applications projects noted as priorities by the business and department. • Provided the systems and environments required by the applications projects in a manner that supported the timeline and completion of project objectives. • Provided system analysis and performance tuning as necessary to ensure response times met SLA. • Completed Business Objects System configuration document for Production and all pre-production environments and implemented a new Business Objects homepage on the intranet to create better communications with the clients.
