Daily Duties at (Gems) Global Education Management System Co. Ltd:

Actively involved in providing services around maintaining the financial position of the group, determining financial strategy, managing financial risk, anticipating liquidity obstructions, providing mitigation plans. Provide the President with operating budget/cost analysis support & compliance to contractual/ programmatic requirements.  Monitor production of monthly reports including reconciliations with funders & client, financial statements & cash flow projections to be used by Executive management, as well as the Audit/Finance Committee and Board of Directors. Managing business revenue, group’s account, whilst serving clients from different verticals; monitoring cash flows of major projects and sourcing the prospects to meet the cash flows requirements. Ensure adequate cash flow to cater to organization's needs apart from administration & financial reporting of the organization's performance. Performing analytical review of financial operations of the process, interpreting financial data for determining past financial performance and projecting the financial probability of process and ensuring that the financial information is presented clearly, consistently and on time. Monitor business insurance plans & health care coverage analysis, maintenance of inventory of the company’s assets.
