Perform a comprehensive History, physical exam, diagnosis, implement therapeutic treatment plans and prescribe medications for the Adult and Geriatric population. Responsibilities included Acute, Chronic care, Mental Health, Emergency room follow ups, Medical clearance. Procedures include venipuncture, Ear Flush, Pap smear with Microscopy, Urine dip with Microscopy, EKG interpretation, Incision and drainage and wound care. Preventive counseling included Obesity/Weight Management, Smoking Cessation, STD counseling and prevention. Preceptor for Medical and Physician Assistant students. Lifestyle counselor for Weight Management: Provide individualized and group weight loss/ Lifestyle counseling for patients that have weight related illnesses as well healthy individuals
