I directed measurement while drilling operations in the field, supervising operations and employees covering Texas, North Dakota, Louisiana and New Mexico. • Provide logistical reporting on drilling operations and responsible for shipping assets from warehouse. • Work closely with customers building working relationships and certifying accurate drilling reports and project billing. • Instruct and supervised employees in individual career development. • Promoted within Childress Directional Drilling ultimately leading the preparation and operation of MWD operations and tools. • Compile Excel spreadsheets outlining performance and financial assessment of drilling operations.
