 Functioned as IT Project Manager utilizing Waterfall methods: 1. On the deployment of a new POS system with Craine Atlanta at (76) theatre locations. 2. Implemented and maintained the Q/A process for building and deploying new POS system. 3. On the deployment of a VoIP phone system at the Home Office and (76) theatre locations 4. Spearheaded implementation of Moviefone kiosks with Print@Home technology at (76) theatre locations 5. Proposed and managed a voicemail deployment project, saving the company $1,500+ monthly on telecom expenses. 6. Managed the deployment of new desktops and laptops to all Home Office users and theatre personnel.  Compiled and analyzed data for annual departmental budgets  Managed all IT vendor relationships and contract negotiations for the Home Office & (76) theatre retails locations  Utilized Microsoft Project 2003 to manage and report on project status  Utilized Microsoft Office productivity & reporting
