Managed all workstation deployments and upgrades 6. Organized all corporate agreements under a new contracts administration department  As Help Desk Analyst troubleshot hardware/software issues using experience, technical manuals, and online research skills.  Managed all IT & telco vendor relationships and utilized expert contract negotiation experience to lower mobile telecom costs by 50%  Managed the deployment of RFID based inventory system to (2) company warehouse locations  Utilized Microsoft Office suite for office productivity & reporting
