Daily Duties at Source Support Services:

 Operations Account Manager with Rubbermaid executive team providing reports and acting as both the corporate and business partner escalation contact  Help Desk Supervisor with a staff of (4) Help Desk Engineers  Verified and communicated warranty status to customers using SalesForce  Utilized Waterfall project management methods along with troubleshooting skills to identify and then resolve electrical/mechanical issues with mobile computer medical carts  Coordinated (and trained if needed) repairs through 3rd party field technicians  Created technical documentation and checklists for field technicians as needed  Utilized Microsoft Office suite for office productivity & reporting
