Daily Duties at Source Support Services:
Operations Account Manager with Rubbermaid executive team providing reports and acting as both the corporate and business partner escalation contact Help Desk Supervisor with a staff of (4) Help Desk Engineers Verified and communicated warranty status to customers using SalesForce Utilized Waterfall project management methods along with troubleshooting skills to identify and then resolve electrical/mechanical issues with mobile computer medical carts Coordinated (and trained if needed) repairs through 3rd party field technicians Created technical documentation and checklists for field technicians as needed Utilized Microsoft Office suite for office productivity & reporting
