Daily Duties at Ryle Project Management:

 Utilizes Waterfall and PMBOK project life cycle methods  Consults with project sponsor and key stakeholders to determine & evaluate business needs, project requirements, scope & risks to create a project charter and detailed project plan  Break down complex technical terminology for non-tech end users, ensuring open lines of communication.  Account and vendor relationship management & contract negotiations  Detailed or high level reporting of projects and status to C-level Executives, Functional Managers, and project teams  Forecasting of resource and budgetary requirements and adjusting as needed  Utilizes Microsoft Project 2016 for managing and reporting all projects  Utilizes the entire Microsoft Office suite and Visio for reporting and communication  Checklist creation for proper communication & management of project teams
