Daily Duties at Us Army:

• Supervised a multi-national staff of over 25 personnel that advised and coached foreign logistics teams on Key Performance Indicators and improving effectiveness and efficiency of operations. • Developed metrics and training strategy to evaluate performance and determine proficiency levels and identify weaknesses to focus process improvement tactics and advance overall effectiveness. • Prepared and managed operations schedules to coordinate and synchronize logistics and training efforts to meet operational requirements. • Employed conflict resolution skills to creatively negotiate volatile circumstances and situations. • Evaluated performance measures for support contracts valued over $110 million and managed the dissolution of several contracts valued over $27 million. • Developed and presented multiple briefings and reports for Senior Executives and media on missions, current operations, challenges, analysis of extenuating factors and resolutions.
