• As the senior on-site executive, developed operational strategy and supervised daily operations for a 250+ personnel staff that transferred all organizational personnel, equipment, and facilities for a company relocation 6 months ahead of schedule, saving over $10 million in operational costs. • Oversaw personnel administration, awards, evaluations, training and conflict resolution programs. • Coordinated the transportation movement and reassignment of over $12 million worth of property. • Analyzed equipment shortfalls across adjacent organizations, oversaw cross leveling and transportation of supplies and equipment saving over $100 thousand. • Led and coordinated the supply and transportation efforts for a 24/7 large scale multi-national Foreign Humanitarian Assistance/Foreign Consequence Management exercise in Europe.
