Daily Duties at Bae Systems:

Electronic Assembler * Assembled electro-mechanical parts for aircrafts. * Read schematics, documents and specifications * Participated in various teams in process improvement Industrial Engineering Technologist * Gathered baseline data supporting process improvement activities. * Assist improvement activities, identifying, analyzing, recommending, implementing, documenting. * Ensured improvement activities are completed timely. This includes coordinating and resolving outstanding improvement action item. Production Supervisor * Direct and coordinate activities of Shipping, Receiving, Material handler, Electronic Assemblers, QA, Electronic Technicians for 737 and 747 Business Group. * Responsible for Profit/ Loss, productivity, schedule, safety, quality, training * Review schedule and production orders to make decisions concerning staffing requirements, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints. * Review operations and confer with Engineering, QA, Buyers, resolving production or processing problems. * Train, evaluate, discharge staff, and resolve personnel grievances. * Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records. * Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and other operational reports, to detect production problems.
