Daily Duties at L3 Communications:
Direct and coordinate activities of employees engaged in fabrication of electrical harnesses and assembly of electrical components to MIL-STD. * Manage production schedules, budgets and quality objectives. * Investigate root cause for quality issue and implement corrective actions. * Reporting accurate measurement, identify potential problems, recommend corrective action. * Confer with program manager’s daily priorities, assign work to meet priorities. * Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances. * Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers. * Recommend measures to motivate employees and to improve process, product quality, or efficiency. * Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
