Daily Duties at Bell Helicopter:

Manage both manpower and procurement budgets. * Power User during inception of SAP. SAP for warehousing trainer for Tool Services, Dispatch, Tool Control. * Direct and coordinate activities of employees engaged in Tool Setting, Grinding, Crib, Tool Application Engineers. * Read and analyze charts, work orders, and other reports to determine production requirements and evaluate production estimates and outputs. * Confer with other supervisor’s, coordinate between departments for repairs, maintenance and installation of tools. * Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances. * Maintain operations data, such as time, production, quality and cost records, and prepare management reports. * Schedule Maintenance and Calibration of all machines and tools. * Maintain Inventory of all tools, fixtures and other equipment’s. * Implement measures to motivate employees and to improve process, performance and quality.
