Daily Duties at Triumph Aerospace:

* Direct and coordinate activities of employees engaged in fabrication of airplane structure. * Ensure adherence to Actual vs Budget hours. *Coach team in personal accountability, adherence to Budget hours, Quality and Lost Production hours * Initiate Root Cause Analysis for every defect and implement proper corrective actions. * Recommend changes in planning to enhance employee performance. * Ensure team performs to daily schedule and address any variance. * Modify tooling, create shop aides, streamline process, 5S, ensure team is tooled to meet requirements * Address Quality, Performance to Budget, Schedule, Safety * Document production Lost Time, understand reasons for Lost Time, eliminate Lost Time. * Capture data and analyze for continuous improvement studies.
