Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:

Have led over 50 projects from their inception to completion, BTO SW and CMS Telecommunication Enterprise Services. Projects include Service Management Projects based on ITIL v3, Network Node Management NNM, Quality Management, and Operations Management Projects. Assigned to clients such as Codetel; Dominican Republic; Claro Jamaica; Claro Telgua; Guatemala; Doral Bank Puerto Rico; PR Department of Justice, and PR Electric Power Authority. Negotiate with stakeholders and executive sponsors to comply with project scope statements. Plan, execute, monitor, control and out in all assigned mid-to-large-sized projects. Strategize and comply with project vision and goals. NAOMY JUSINO SANTIAGO PAGE 2 Opportunity Manager – Presales Caribbean and Central America Area: Execute Presales solutions. Assesses customer needs and requirements that would lead to the generation of the opportunity. Gather technical specifications form solution architects to meet the criteria. Secured solution feasibility to meet client expectations. Manage SOAR HP process for Management approval. Identify challenges and potential risks for the proposed plan and look for mitigation plans. Analyze competitive threads and provide the means for effective communication between the parties. Resource Manager, HP Latin America: Mediated the utilization and allocation of resources between the 3 major regions Mexico, Brazil and Latin America. Designed a centralized procedure for resource brokerage between LATM (3) major regions. Coordinated Human Resources with US and other countries to satisfy client’s needs for project implementation. Identified partners and skills that could support our engagements. Ensured that every HP technical consultant met the new company certification quality standards and requirements
