Daily Duties at Dow Jones:

Managed the customer relationships and work engagements for Dow Jones’ Media clients which included CNN, Washington Post, USA Today, Virgin Mobile, and Wall Street Journal. Managed a dedicated team of developers and designers to maximize retention and growth for the territory. Managing customer work engagements (which mainly involved the integration of web apps and digital media feeds) included gathering requirements, creating SOWs, managing timelines and milestone delivery, as well as setting expectations and communicating project status effectively. Resolved all customer issues and negotiated contract renewals. Owner of overall customer satisfaction.
