Daily Duties at Dow Jones:
Managed the integration of Dow Jones’ Newswires app into the Symphony chat platform. This included making sure the product requirements, marketing efforts, customer service protocols, and usage reporting were all clearly defined and implemented through coordination with key stakeholders. Lead and participated in internal demos of product, ran team sprints, tracked progress on all efforts, and communicated status to the client and senior management.
